Flower Order Form

This is an order form for Basket and Boxes for flowers, we will need either an email address or a phone number (preferably both) in case there are any questions about your order. Within 72 hours we will contact you to give you the total price of the order including shipping charges (if you do not hear from us please resubmit your order). We do not accept credit cards at this time. Please submit a check or money order made out to Monica Harris to the address on the home page. Once we receive your check, we will generally ship your order within 2-3 weeks. Thank you.
